- Surgery Description
- The surgery usually takes four hours and the patient stays for one day in the hospital after the surgery then she or he can go home

- Preparation

- Convalescence
- Usually the patient stays ten days at home after the surgery then she or he can return to her work or normal activities gradually

- The patient must be bending forward during walking and sleeping to preserve the wound and to get a beautiful thin scar
- There will be moderate pain especially in the upper part of the abdomen, edema and bruises first ten days after the surgery which will be minimized by certain prescriptions written for her/him
- It is very important that she must wear the suitable pressure garment prescribed for her for one and half months after the surgery
